Career Opportunity!! The Zaragoza Agency, Inc., Farmers Insurance is among the top premier agencies in the area. We are growing and seeking outgoing, self starter, and dependable Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR).  This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing clients, and help provide support to going prospecting efforts for new customers.

Prior Insurance Experience is not required but would be beneficial.

Bilingual is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming customer service related calls 
• Process billing inquires/payments 
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls (cross-sell, referrals, claims, documentation).
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Responds to all inquiries, policy changes, assist with claims and prepare quotes/sales requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Agency

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN INSURANCE LICENSES
• Must have ability to Multi-task 
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable with an upbeat attitude.
• Professional phone etiquette 
• Strong Communication skills - Oral and Written
