The responsibilities include making outbound calls and answering inbound calls, while being friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. Good customer services skills and experience with Microsoft Office.   Experience in customer service, collections or the legal industry is a plus.  This is a high volume, fast paced job requiring attention to detail and adherence to compliance policies.
