The online brand, starting in 2020, is now launching their first brick and mortar store on Haight/Ashbury St. in San Francisco. Following its outstanding response through Flying Solo, Soho in New York, Zasta is now currently being featured in British Vogue Magazine. Reporting to Store Manager, the Sales Associate is an open minded, proactive individual that thinks beyond the everyday responsibilities. You are responsible for the overall consumer experience through assisting a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Key Responsibilities Embrace Zasta Studio's history while demonstrating excellent product knowledge by staying up to date with future clothing collections and products. Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Zasta's available product lines, including custom product features available online. Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and renewal systems while maintaining brand standards. Adhering to daily store operations including, greeting/assisting customers, maintaining POS systems, store upkeep and organization duties. Ability to follow directives of store management and communicating consumer issues, questions, or complaints. Sales commission structure is available for store associates after the first four months of training.
