Job Description

We are seeking Manager Trainees to join and lead our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Zaxby's restaurant and leading our teams to daily success!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise teams in back of house and front of house
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and develop team members
• Provide excellent guest service
• Work with our management team to achieve monthly store goals

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
