The Crew Trainer is an hourly team member position primarily responsible for teaching new and current employees the necessary skills required to work their respective position. An ideal candidate exemplifies Zaxby's culture so as to set an example for all employees. They will provide extensive support to the location management team on team member development while upholding Zaxby's standards, procedures, and values. The Crew Trainer will report directly to the General Manager in location and will work closely with the Market Development Manager.

GENERAL PURPOSE: Trainers shall be known to conduct business in accordance with the highest standards, morals, and ethics. We shall be known as mentors and leaders by personal example. We shall strive to enhance our guest experiences by satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
