Finance Manager (MFG Durable)

Manages the daily financial activities and functions of the U.S. operations including accounting, receivables, sales administration, budgeting and forecasting, customer credit, and some treasury functions. Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Supports manufacturing operations on financial and accounting needs related to inventory and costing. Works with CFO to provide upper management with financial reporting of monthly, quarterly and year-end results and or other special requests. Acts as an advisor to management on policies and procedures and other matters that may impact the financial activities of the company. Supports the annual audit of the financial statements. Requires a bachelor's degree, CPA certification a plus, but not required. Reports to the CFO. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Typically requires 5+ years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience required. Experience with Quickbooks, ZoHo and salesforce a plus.
