Reporting to the Customer Development Manager, the CRM Data Analyst administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. The CRM Data Analyst monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. The role includes being part of the strategic initiatives and work on large scale projects that involve using data to improve key performance initiatives within our organization. Working with a broad ZEISS CRM group is a part of this role. Support of customer information, from marketing lead nurturing activities, data analysis, development, and maintenance of dashboard reporting structures to administration of our Net Promoter Score process is critical. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read data and use it in tangible context that is in keeping with the brand identity. The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for our CRM process including service, applications, aftermarket, and marketing/sales areas.     We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

    • Responsible for monitoring and administration of all local customer data in our existing CRM system.
    • Responsible for data integrity and function of our Sales and Marketing CRM system.
    • Work with ZEISS Global SAP/CRM team to develop and improve CRM and Marketo integration and functionality.
    • Responsible for maintaining SAP/CRM user and territory administration assignments and permissions.
    • Responsible for maintaining SAP/CRM business partner additions, changes and alignments within SAP/CRM.
    • Support CRM users in CPQ Quoting module usage.
    • Help CRM users in maintaining core CRM data.
    • Define local policies and guidelines within the scope of our SAP CRM system.
    • Prepares training materials and helps to train CRM users.
    • Serves as CRM support contact for sales, service, applications and aftermarket.
    • Direct 3rd party resource to process, qualify and distribute incoming leads from various sources to appropriate sales personnel once qualified.
    • Work directly with lead teleprospecting resource and ZEISS Marketing department to organize, develop and maintain dashboard reporting on efficacy of teleprospecting efforts.
    • Contribute to departmental lead generation goals by participating in activities such as show booth support, dealer events and other lead generation projects and activities as directed by department manager.
    • Support instruction of marketing intern for inbound lead imports and monthly KPI reporting duties.

    You are:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of experience in CRM systems or SAP structure
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
    • Previous experience with insides sales, service or service administration a plus
