Zelle HR Solutions is looking for a HR Recruiting Specialist to join our team! The HR Recruiting Specialist is primarily responsible for recruiting responsibilities within the Consulting Division. The HR Recruiting Specialist works directly with consultants on open positions within clients.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage consulting clients’ recruiting process which will include posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, creating offer letters, onboarding and an orientation schedule.
- Communicate effectively with consultants and clients about open positions, applicant flow, new candidates, etc.
- Manage recruitment tracking documents per client to ensure accurate and efficient applicant tracking.
- Communicate with clients about recruitment efforts, including updates, screening write-ups, and interviews, as directed.
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding process for clients.
- Assist with new employee onsite or virtual onboarding, as requested.
- Assist with creating job descriptions and job postings for new, open positions.
- May supervise a Recruiting Assistant, as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
