We are looking for an individual who has a strong passion for solving problems and developing first-class customer experiences. This position will have many related duties and responsibilities. Key areas of focus include QA Testing, Ticket and Build Management or Support, Project Management, Client Support, Workflow creation and editing, Documentation, Implementation Support, and other duties as assigned. The mission of the Implementation Support role is to work with the team to understand client requirements and process flow to configure our solution to meet or exceed expectations. This position and key duties will be required to adapt to the changing needs of a small organization. To ensure success, you should have customer service skills and experience, an aptitude for or experience with project management, a good working knowledge of Microsoft programs/tool, SQL or SQLite skills and/or an interest in gaining basic programming and configuration skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to work in a remote team environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, as we operate in a full-time remote organization.
