We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented, professional line cooks, cashiers, sushi chefs, prep cooks, and dishwashers to join our exciting new concept.

Responsibilities

Help in the preparation of scratch recipes

Produce high-quality plates both design and taste-wise

Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situations

Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook in high-volume "fast casual" realm

Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Excellent employment record

Accuracy and speed in executing orders

Familiar with industry’s best practices

A passion for fresh local ingredients and exciting flavors
