TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR
Client : Samsung
Contract: 6 months
Location: San Jose, CA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR AT SAMSUNG
- Heavy interview scheduling
- Supporting up to 6 recruiters on day to day need
- Work directly with external candidates to determine availability
- Use outlook calendaring to schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview team
- Confirm all interviews with appropriate parties
- Request travel and necessary approval
- Adhere to travel policy (inform candidates of do and don’t)
- Process candidates reimbursement
- Close out any issues Requisition Approval
- Confirm all related forms have been completed prior to the interview (NDA, application, EEO)
- Handle all invoicing
- Submit all on-boarding information to HR
- File creation and documentation HR
- Misc HR admin Project support
REQUIREMENTS OF TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR AT SAMSUNG
- 2+ years of coordination exp in Talent Acquisition
- STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH JOBVITE
- BI-LINGUAL IN KOREAN/ENGLISH PREFERRED
- Experience working with C-Level candidates
- Self-starter, detail oriented, thrive in a past face environment
- Ability to adapt to changing need of work environment
- Strong communication, (written/verbal)
- Exp with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) prefers a candidate with Jobvite exp.
- Experience supporting executive search a plus
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Enjoy being part of a team, and can work independently as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office program on a PC
