INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location:- San Jose, CA

Duration:- Full time Permanent

Client:- Samsung Semiconductor Inc(SSI)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT SAMSUNG SEMICONDUCTOR

• Developing and maintaining a sales generation plan to meet or exceed monthly or annual targets
• Provide critical forecasting, analysis, and sales support by communicating with the overseas subsidiaries and HQ personnel to ensure accurate supply and timely support
• Outbound and inbound account management
• Supporting the assigned customers throughout the sales interval and managing open orders, and backlog in conjunction with the outside sales manager and marketing teams
• Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
• Coordinating with the accounting department members to minimize outstanding invoices

REQUIREMENTS FOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT SAMSUNG SEMICONDUCTOR

• Bachelor's degree
• Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent telephone sales personality skills
• Should be expert in CRM software solutions
