We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team working 100% remotely.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- meet or exceed assigned sales goals;
- maintain and report all SaaS sales metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis;
- develop, implement and track strategic sales plans to drive efficient high growth;
- enforce guidelines for pricing products and services; confer and assist in negotiating customer contracts;
- gather and select sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurements of market potentials, market share analysis, and sales analysis;
- monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition and report competitive market information to the executive management staff;
- analyze sales statistics to formulate sales policies and assist sales staff in promoting products and services;
- examine and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements;
- collaborate in planning marketing strategies and implementing marketing programs;
- direct hiring, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales programs to their full potential; set sales territories and departmental goals; - - direct sales forecasting activities and appropriate employee performance goals;
- oversee sales campaigns, delivery and messaging, and assist with sales presentations to drive sales;
- meet with and maintain relationships with key customers and partners;
- prepare sales reports showing sales volume, bookings and areas of proposed customer base expansion;
- lead or participate in other assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
