    This position is on the Decision Sciences team with a charter to provide valuable insights that enable next level data-driven decision making by our Marketing and Media teams. As a Media Analyst, you will work in a high-visibility and fast-paced environment, delivering analyses that support initiatives that have a tangible impact on Peacock’s growth and success as it establishes itself as a major player in the streaming landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain data quality processes and support cross-functional initiatives to drive business objectives and strategy
    • Query and analyze complex data sets to develop customer insights that drive decision-making
    • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Strategy, etc.) to define business needs, craft analytical approaches, and develop data solutions
    • Help maintain a holistic measurement of media performance across attribution tools
    • Utilize Marketing Mix Model (MMM) measurement to understand media impact and optimize spend across marketing channels
    • Synthesize complex analyses, KPIs, and concepts into digestible presentations for a variety of audiences
    • Help contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture at Peacock
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of analytical experience working with large, complex data sets and analytical tools
    • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one additional programming languages used for data analysis (e.g., R, Python, etc.)
    • Interest in media measurement techniques in the Streaming and Entertainment industry
    • Team oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
    • Strategic thinker with ability to derive conclusions and recommendations from raw data
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or other relevant quantitative fields
    • Experience with media and advertising channels (e.g., Search, Display, Social, etc.) is a plus
    • Knowledge and experience with optimization, linear programming, and scenario planning is a plus

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
