JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Closing Coordinator will work directly with the Lead Sales Specialists within the deal pipeline to manage:
Update pipeline software with lead statues and notes
Property Evaluation and Notation
Gather imperative information correlating with the property
Assess general property condition
Coordinate with sellers/tenants and buyers to visit properties
Write and sign contracts
Ensure all closing procedures are being followed properly
Reliable point-of-contact for the buyers and sellers
The closing coordinator will be responsible for carrying every live lead to the closing table by enduring all measures to reach the solution are performed by all vendors, colleagues or buyers/sellers involved. This position requires an individual who exhibits timeliness, aggressiveness, and the ability to work through tough problems and resolve conflict under pressure. This individual must also possess a deep desire to please the clients and have the drive to push every deal to the finish line with professionalism, high-quality work and a positive mentality.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High-School Diploma
Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience: Preferred background in hiring management, human resources, coordination, administration, basic knowledge of accounting, professional communication.
