Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions. This includes developing new analyses and improving reports and metrics to better support decision-making processes.
- Align tools and processes for analysis and measurement, with other Analysts across the business.
- Keep organization focused on value added data analysis.
- Lead the preparation of financial presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Work with various business leaders with analysis of financial results and assist in preparation of variance reporting.
- Assist in preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide business department-level financial statements, enabling evaluation of the profitability of each event and comparison vs. budget assumptions
- Responsible for data tables and data warehousing strategies.
- Assist in ongoing improvement of financial, planning, and business intelligence systems.
- Complete ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as required.
- Other projects and responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance or other relevant business field
- 5+ years FP&A or Big 4 Audit experience
- MBA and/or CPA a plus, but not required
- Understanding of financial statements including balance sheet and cash flow
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with a financial planning tools or models
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as vlookup, index/match, pivot tables
- Understanding of SaaS metrics for Sales, Marketing, and efficiency KPIs
- Experience with subscription/recurring revenue models
- Bi-Lingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must (listen and speak required, read and write optional)
