The Corporate Controller, reporting directly to the CFO, will lead and manage the global accounting organization, which will include setting up systems, processes, and procedures to bring Zenlayer and its global operations up to U.S. GAAP standards. The ideal candidate has been a Controller (or a standout Assistant Controller) for a public company, intimately involved in the preparation for and execution of an IPO, and familiar with accounting system/ERP implementations.
