    The Big Task

    You will accurately and efficiently maintain the warehouse and company grounds while providing support for our field technicians.

    Key Sub Tasks

    Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager,

    Must be able to operate a vehicle with a trailer.

    Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

    Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

    Maintain and ordering stock.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    This position requires mechanical aptitude, ability to follow schematics/diagrams (in print and on iPad) and a customer-centered attitude. Moderate computer skills, some facility maintenance experience, attention to detail. Experience with plumbing, heating/cooling, small engine repair or maintenance would be helpful.

    ► Primary responsibilities:

    ● Turn in all parts receipts, packing slips, contracts, and invoices daily.

    ● Maintain company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.

    ● Always maintain a professional image by:

    ○ Wearing only company-approved apparel.

    ○ Following safety policies and procedures.

    ○ Abiding by all standards of performance and code of ethics.

    ○ Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.

    ● Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.

    ► Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

    ● Mechanical ability

    ● Solid communication skills.

    ● Ability to read instructions and schematics from manufacturers

    ● Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    ● Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

    ● Attention to detail

    ► Educational/certification requirements: ● GED or High School Diploma.

    ► Environmental conditions:

    ● Extreme temperatures (We operate year-round, often working outside)

    ● Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, pushing/pulling, carrying, bending, turning, kneeling.

    ► Physical requirements:

    ● Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.

    ● Ability to continually climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

    ● Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

    ● Ability to operate a vehicle with a trailer
