    Operations Coordinator

    Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator in our DC office to support our Business Operations team in carrying out day-to-day functions of the office.

    • Serve as office manager and carry out day-to-day functions to ensure smooth operation in our DC office
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work culture by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures utilizing Zeno's Team Handbook
    • Support the COO in various efforts and special projects
    • Develop and implement operational management systems, processes, and best practices
    • Assists with event planning such as large meetings and team off-sites
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Key Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in office management, administration, or principal management
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities
    • Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures
    • Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures

    Job Functions

    • Position requires in-office presence in Washington, D.C. (Mt. Vernon/Chinatown) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote work is optional on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Motor Abilities: Sitting/standing for extended periods, gripping, fine motor control (hands)
    • Physical requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 15 pounds
    • Special Senses: Visual and audio
    • Work Conditions: Typing, standing/sitting working environment of >8 hr/day
    • Travel: Travel is required, 0-10%

    Compensation and Benefits

    The anticipated salary band for this position is $55,000-$85,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
