Position Description:This person performs a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly and conduct quality checksMajor Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate SMT equipment to assemble PCB's
• Make adjustments and correct issues as necessary.
• Perform operator level preventative maintenance on equipment
• Document operating parameters.

Non-Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the Production area as needed.Experience/Technical/Other Skills Requirements:1-3 years of experience operating SMT equipment. Experience with Juke pick and place equipment is a plus. IPC certification is desirable. Basic math skills are important. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow instructions per a pre-set manual. Willingness to be trained.Physical DemandsAbility to stand for long periods of time. Must have good hand and eye coordination. Minimal lifting on occasion not to exceed 30 pounds.This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
