Summary of Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee our residential projects in the beautiful community of Lake Oconee. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our in-progress remodeling projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

Essential Functions

• Manage all aspects of 2-3 major remodeling projects at a time
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Oversee the scheduling and management of project personnel
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they deliver top quality work and stay on schedule
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers; coordinate procurement of job site supplies and materials
• Ensure that all project documentation, including timesheets, budget, and jobsite photos, is accurate and up to date
• Maintain clean and secure jobsites
• Provide regular and professional communication regarding project status ; participate in weekly meetings with clients and the Weidmann Remodeling team

Experience and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for multiple residential remodeling projects, including additions, full story remodels, and entire home renovations
• Tech-savvy – proficient with email, texting, Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CoConstruct or similar CRM system is a plus

Compensation

• $55k-$65k annual base salary, depending on experience
• Generous bonus structure
