    We are a small design build company in downtown Boulder, specializing in large-scale residential remodels and additions all over Boulder and the surrounding area. So that we can maintain a close relationship with our clients throughout the entire process, we only accept around 15 remodeling projects a year. Our core team has been with us for years, and we hope any new addition to our team has a similar long term career mentality.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    The Interior Designer is responsible for making all our projects look cool and make sense. The Interior Designer will develop and manage the design phase schedule for all large and mid-sized projects as well as execute and manage client communication and expectations during finish selections.

    Essential Functions

    • Interior Design
    • Guide client through material selections
    • Technical knowledge (understand how stuff works/fits together, i.e. cabinet fillers, spatial understanding)
    • Marketing

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • College degree required
    • 4+ years’ residential remodel experience
    • ASID Certification (preferred)
    • Computer skills: Google suite. Preferred: Chief Architect, CAD, CoConstruct
    • Direct client-facing experience
    • Own and operate your own vehicle

    Compensation

    • $75,000-$90,000 salary, depending on experience
    • Profit sharing
    • IRA
    • Eligible for health insurance stipend ($5280/year), vision, dental, accident and long-term disability on 1st of month following 60 days of employment
