    What we are looking for:

    We are looking for an exceptional Lead Carpenter to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record at a top-notch residential construction company creating quality projects like ours. We are looking for a highly organized individual with the ability to communicate effectively with Architects, Homeowners, Project Managers and Trades people. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of construction. This is a hands-on role where your exceptional carpentry skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities will shine.

    A few must haves:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Carpenter with a high-end residential construction company.
    • Journey-level carpentry skills: frame-to-finish
    • Effective leadership skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
    • Resourceful problem-solver with a CAN-DO attitude.
    • Detail-oriented with high standards
    • Valid driver’s license and vehicle

    What you will do:

    • Responsible for all jobsite activity from kick-off to close-out
    • Promote a clean and safe jobsite, with well protected material and spaces
    • Manage trade partners/in-house carpenters and collaborate with them to ensure work is executed well and to specifications
    • Actual bags-on carpentry production: frame to finish
    • Problem-solve with the Project Manager, Architect, Engineer, and other team members
    • Must be physically fit and be able to work on your feet for long periods, and lift 75 lbs.
    • Read and Interpret complex drawings and details

    What you will get:

    • $35-$50/hour depending on experience, plus bonus
    • 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday - Friday
    • 6 Paid Holidays
    • 10 Paid Days Off annually to start, and with time, up to 20
