    What we are looking for:

    We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. Our ideal Carpenter will have a solid base of residential construction experience, be eager to learn, have strong communication skills, have a professional demeanor, and work safely. Tasks may include measuring, cutting, and installing various building materials and fixtures, such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, and framing.

    What you will do:

    • All phases of home remodeling: Framing through finish carpentry.
    • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
    • Keep up to date with new materials and techniques in the industry.
    • Handle unexpected issues or delays during construction and remodeling projects with creativity and flexibility.
    • Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced carpenters and laborers.
    • Effectively communicate with clients with respect and professionalism. 

    A few must haves and nice to haves:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a remodeling carpenter.
    • Proficient with hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
    • Communicate with the team and clients.
    • Willingness to take directions and accept feedback.
    • Be a resourceful problem-solver with a CAN-DO attitude.
    • Be detail-oriented with high standards.
    • Valid driver’s license and insurance.
    • Pass a criminal background check.
    • Must have most tools required for residential carpentry.
    • Nice to Have:someone with electrical or plumbing experience.
