Summary of Responsibilities

The Draftsperson is a key contributor in conceptualizing the essence of each project, emphasizing architectural and systemic elements integral to every home. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD is essential, as this role involves using different software to craft detailed designs. We are in search of a collaborative professional capable of seamlessly navigating client needs, effectively communicating design intent, and upholding meticulous documentation to ensure the design's integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and innovative mindset, coupled with hands-on experience in utilizing software for precise design execution.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans.
• Proficiency in California building codes.
  
• Prior experience with local government building departments. An established relationship with department officials would be advantageous.
  
• Experience in the following software's - Builder Trend, AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, 3D Modelling, Photoshop and Office 365.
  
• Driving license 
  

Compensation

• $59,000 - $63,000 depending on experience
