What we are looking for:

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Floor Technician to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate should exhibit integrity, show initiative and take ownership. You should also be a good listener, have a can-do attitude and be trustworthy, but also thrive in the energy of face-paced projects. You will acquire a diverse skill set encompassing various flooring types. You will gain hands-on experience in tasks such as concrete polishing, epoxy systems, honing stone marble, safety striping in industrial environments, restoration and protection of tile and grout, and the application of high-end viny coatings.

A few must haves:

• 2 years of construction experience
• Mechanical experience
  
• Concrete experience is a plus
  
• High School diploma required
• Some college classes preferred
  
• Ability to work a variable schedule including some nights and weekends
  
• Frequent overnight travel
  
• Prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
  
• Lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Push and pull equipment weighing more than 200 lbs
  
• Constantly bend, squat, kneel, stand and walk for full shift
• Committed to safety
  

What you will do:

• Load/unload trucks and trailer
  
• Travel to and from customer location
  
• Safely operate portable power equipment, tools, and machinery
  
• Work with Lead tech and team to complete unique projects
  
• Utilize Rack-Attacks
  
• Operate various vacuuming systems
  
• Work with different chemicals to clean, repair and refinish floors
  
• Adhere to the safety protocols when performing daily activities
  
• Full time; 10-12 hour shifts; Mon-Fri; some Sat and Sun
  

The perks:

• Wages: $19-$20/hr based on experience
  
• Pay differential: After 7pm before 7am of $3 more an hour Mon-Fri
• $3 additional hourly pay all day Saturday
  
• Double time on Sunday
