Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for keeping the company’s accounts in order. As well as working with PMs, design team on change orders, creating job cost reports, invoicing clients, and internal payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Essential Functions

• Organizing bills for jobs with Project Managers
• Writing/cutting checks and generating cost reports
• Process change orders
• Invoice respective clients in accordance with contracts and deposits
• Process internal payroll
• Process 401k contributions from company payroll
• Month-end reports
• Financial analytics and financial reports

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s degree (nice to have)
• CPA (nice to have)
• 5-10 years of accounting experience
• High level of experience with QuickBooks (Desktop version)
• Experience with financial analytics and payroll (preferred)

Compensation

• $80,000-$90,000
• 401k - 4% match
• 50% health
• 25% dental
• PTO
• 6 paid holidays
• Profit sharing (quarterly)
• Last week of the year is a paid shut-down week
