    Summary of Responsibilities

    Sweeney Design Remodel is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remodeling Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Remodeling Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of remodeling projects. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and keen attention to detail will contribute to the seamless completion of our projects.

    • Documentation and Reporting

    • Permitting and Compliance
    • Closeout and Handover

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role 
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Smartsheet, SalesForce, and Sage 100
    • Familiarity with procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $28.00-$33.00 per hour DOE
