    Summary of Responsibilities

    As an ambitious Project Manager, your primary duties will involve coordinating, strategizing, and implementing projects of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is energetic, determined, highly organized, and has integrity, embodying the core values of the company.  Known as a ‘go-getter’, you excel in both written and verbal communication, effortlessly embodying the essence of the PurePoint Energy brand.  Your proven experience in solar project management is required to be successful in this role.

    Essential Functions

    • Communicate with clients for onboarding, project scheduling and other related communication.
    • Work with PM assistants/solar designer to determine project permitting requirements and working with towns and city departments to get projects through the permitting process.
    • Help facilitate the site assessment for the structural information needed to send to our 3rd party structural engineering team for approval and/or coordinate with an engineer who can collect the information on site.
    • Assist and oversee plan sets or submit plans for drafting to our internal and 3rd party team(s).
    • Complete bill of materials and order project equipment.
    • Schedule installations with subcontracting teams and manage installation for your projects.
    • Coordinate and set up inspections when needed for project approval and permission to operate.
    • Issue subcontractor agreements on a per project basis.
    • Help with completing final state project paperwork along with making sure all projects close out documentation is completed.
    • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
    • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
    • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget.
    • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • At least 1-year project manager experience.
    • At least 1-year solar panel experience.
    • Construction experience preferred but not required.
    • NABCEP certification preferred but not required.
    • Read and understand plans.
    • Full Time Mon-Fri. After 90 days and successful on-boarding- hybrid opportunity- 2 days a week from home.
    • Smartsheet experience a plus.
    • Experience in gantt charts, project timelines, and forecasting revenue based on project schedule and payment milestones is a must.

    Compensation 

    • $80k- $100K per year.
    • Health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days.
    • Paid Holidays after 90 days.
    • Paid Vacation/Sick Time after 90 days.
    • Summer Friday hours.
    • 401k with employer contribution.
    • Mileage reimbursement/or the use of a company vehicle.
    • Paid training.
