    Summary of Responsibilities

    The Project Manager role involves a deep understanding of project scope, collaboration with the development team, and efficient scheduling to maximize project efficiency and profitability. Strong client communication, trust in our core values, positive relationship management, and strategic financial monitoring are key aspects. The role requires a skilled professional capable of delivering beautiful, quality construction projects.

    Essential Functions

    • Become intimately familiar with scope of work and details prior to construction
    • Provide insights and feedback to the development team
    • Generate and manage overall project scope, subcontracts, and material procurement to maximize efficiency and profitability
    • Scheduling job site tasks and meetings
    • Provide exceptional communication with clients
    • Maintain a high degree of trust in the BQS process
    • Maintain a high degree of positive overall relationships
    • Monitor project financials
    • Manage activities to ensure profitability

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3+ years remodeling homes
    • 1+ years in project management
    • Carpentry background (preferred)
    • Knowledge of building codes and best practices
    • Proficient with CoConstruct, Excel, Bluebeam, and Project Management Software

    Compensation 

    • $77,000-$92,000 ($77,000 - $82,000 salary with opportunity for bonuses)
