    Summary of Responsibilities

    In this position, you will oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with plans and timelines. Utilizing tools like Builder Trend, you will track project details accurately. Collaboration with the production team is key to executing projects seamlessly. Conducting client walkthroughs, scheduling departmental meetings, and acting as the main client contact post-project initiation are integral responsibilities. Your role will also involve optimizing workflows for improved operational efficiency. Bring your expertise to contribute to an exceptional and personalized experience for homeowners, enhancing the vision of their dream homes.

    Essential Functions

    • Monitor and manage ongoing projects to ensure they progress according to plan.
    • Utilize Builder Trend for accurate project management and information tracking.
    • Coordinate with the production team for seamless project execution and understanding.
    • Conduct client walkthroughs to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
    • Schedule and participate in meetings with design and bookkeeping departments.
    • Provide support to project managers, addressing concerns and ensuring resource availability.
    • Act as the main client contact post-project initiation.
    • Ensure a positive client experience.
    • Optimize on-site-to-office workflows for enhanced operational efficiency.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3+ years in People-management
    • 3+ years in Construction (residential preferred)
    • Mass. CSL preferred but not required 

    Compensation

    • $81,000 - $86,000
    • Medical Insurance
