    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are looking for a full time (40 hours per week)100 % remote Admin/Recruiter to provide administrative assistance with various assigned projects and tasks from the Operations Manager, assist with research projects, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, occasionally assist the Recruiting team with a task or project, and actively recruit on the Recruiter team.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Previous executive or administrative assistant experience (preferred)
    • Previous HR/HR assistant experience (preferred)
    • 2–4-year college degree in any study could be used in lieu of work experience
    • Must be highly tech savvy and understand computers, smart phones, MS OS & Apple OS (preferred) as well help troubleshoot any technical issues that can arise for Ops Manager

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    • $40,000 - $50,000 salary (DOE)
    • Health Insurance stipend
    • Unlimited PTO (within reason and coordinated with supervisor & team)
