Responsibilities

•Operate bowling counter and cash register computers during guest check in and check out process, as well as printing score sheets for guests •Create a positive customer experience from the time our guests come in until they time they leave (greet them as they come in, help them when they're here, thank them as they leave) •Watch over customers; offer assistance as needed •Take bowling reservations •Help with upkeep and maintenance of lane machines as needed when no mechanic on duty. •End of day closing duties •Ability to work well as a team and contribute to other departments when needed •Keep work area and customer area clean •Clean lane areas after customers are done utilizing them • Stay busy during down time • Assist customers in the arcade prize redemption center. •Must be able to work weekends and holidays •Be safe while having fun as you work.
