Our client, a prestigious Tampa law firm is looking for a Junior Paralegal (Project Assistant) to join their Real Property Litigation Group. This position offers valuable on-the-job training with the objective to transition to a paralegal role. Candidates must want to work as a team, take ownership and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic team.

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum of one year experience in a law firm. Commercial real estate experience (1+ year) preferred but not required.
• For candidates without prior legal experience, a bachelor’s degree, two-year paralegal degree or certificate are preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in one or more of the following are preferred, but not required: filing documents, tracking deadlines and calendaring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptable and can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
