Our client, a prestigious Tampa law firm is looking for a commercial real estate paralegal to join their Real Property Group. Candidates must be able to take a deal from start to conclusion, take ownership and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic team.

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
• Experience dealing with commercial lenders
• Experience in drafting and preparing loan documents
• Experience in title and survey examination
• strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word,
