The Role As the club receptionist / Member Liaison of Zero Bond you will be the first point of contact between members and Zero Bond, acting as a gracious host while maintaining the standards of a curated membership experience. Being at the front desk for Zero Bond, will require you to be responsible for greeting both members and their guests. Furthermore, you will be expected to adhere to the high level of member experience that Zero Bonds provides. A successful Zero Bond Receptionist is responsible for being knowledgeable about the property, services and amenities provided. You will need to be a people person with excellent professional phone etiquette and for making members and guests feel welcome. The Responsibilities: Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times Professional, tactful & well-versed in conflict resolution Ensure every member is welcomed by name and members are greeted in a hospitable manner Answer phone lines and conduct office services including courier bookings, Food & Beverage requests, binding, bulk-printing, laminating, postage. Maintain a clean workspace Perform Guest List duties and support, redirect and problem solve in real-time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set Develop meaningful relationships with returning members and their guests Be the liaison between guests and management in terms of feedback and recommendations. Highlight the fun and positive atmosphere of Zero Bond by being approachable and professional . Coordinating all reservation bookings and large party reservations for members when requested. Fully trained in CRM and POS applications Must be well groomed and adhere to the Zero Bond uniform requirements Qualifications & Disposition: Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role. Must have experience answering phone lines and emails professionally, timely, and to the best of your abilities. Must have knowledge of all guest related software, or have used similar programs Have strong problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter Able to maintain calm in high stress situations Detail oriented, articulate, and able to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Physical Requirements: Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
