Moberly Grocery Run – Daily Home Time & $1,400/Wk

• Position Overview: Steady, high-paying local round-trip grocery route operating out of the Moberly, MO hub.
• Compensation & Earnings: * Weekly Average: $1,400 gross weekly * Pay Structure: Experience-based CPM scaling from $0.49 to $0.61, plus a $0.03/mile weekend differential (Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 4:00 AM). * Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional drop.
• Operating Schedule & Home Time: * Home Time: Daily home time with guaranteed days off for Thanksgiving and Christmas. * Shifts: Night shifts with weekend dispatches required.
• Freight & Route Details: * Weekly Mileage: Regional grocery loops averaging ~2,100 miles weekly. * Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight in temperature-controlled reefers (store personnel handle all unloading).
• Candidate Requirements: * Experience Tiers: Entry-level trainees (0 months experience) welcome, alongside experienced drivers. * Licensing: Valid CDL-A and current DOT medical card required. * Pre-Employment Screening: Standard background checks and mandatory DOT drug testing (both urine and hair follicle).
