    POSITION: C-10 SUPERINTENDENT

    Company Description:

    We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage and Hydroponic farming. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction & Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.

    Overview of Position

    To provide on-site coordination and supervision for all phases of construction projects, including understanding design drawings, coordinating and supervising sub-contractors, material and equipment procurement and deliveries, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Scope of work is electrical and civil construction. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling inspections, quality control, resolving field issues, constructability issues, photo documentation, and communicate issues clearly and accurately to their supervisor. Excellent communication and positivity a requirement, with a minimum of five years of verifiable experience on similar projects of similar scope and complexity. C-10 electrical license needed. Superintendent will manage one or several crews of 5 individuals in the corresponding region.

    Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities of Superintendent

    Schedule Sun-contractors, vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.

    Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.

    Maintain photo documentation of progress and field issues

    Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.

    Ensure that crew is fully executing and complying with their scope of work.

    Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.

    Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the job site.

    Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.

    Ensure crew has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.

    Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

    Relay any issues by the Owner and serve and control interaction between different crews, foremen, and Construction Project Managers on site

    Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.

    Perform initial scoping of projects to help develop permit drawings with the construction project managers and the engineers

    Perform pre-construction walks with utilities and inspectors to identify potential issues

    Coordinate between all sub-contractors/trades on site

    Skills and Abilities

    Licensed Electrical Contractor in the state of California (C-10) or equivalent

    Experience working in electrical installations, underground and overhead conduits, trenching, back filling, concrete installation, in addition to solar installations

    Communicate with the engineers, designers and project managers, eyes and ears of the company on site.

    Must photo document and record keeping to maintain objective documentation of project progress

    Ability in coordination and scheduling skills in order to keep project progress on the critical path

    Able to perform mathematical calculations for yardage/tonnage, percentages, etc.

    Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.

    Able to read drawings.

    Physically lift up to 50 lbs.

    Able to commute and manage multiple job sites

    Computer literacy, e-mail, Microsoft office, Bluebeam/AutoCAD (preferred, not required)
