Avenel Intermodal Operations (Terminal 07001) – Daily Home Reset & Regional Multi-State Lanes

Job Profile: Regional-intermodal container transport based at the Avenel, NJ facility. Designed for Class-A drivers prioritizing daily rest cycles and zero physical freight handling.

Compensation Framework:

• • Weekly Gross Range: $1,295 – $1,510 (~$67,300 to $78,500 annualized gross).

Operational Scope:

• Mileage Volume: 1,100 to 1,800 miles per work cycle.
• Geographic Territory: Terminal ramp routes traversing New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. (Strictly excludes New York City dispatch zones).
• Cargo Specifications: 100% No-Touch operations utilizing drop-and-hooks, preloaded chassis, and standard live loads.

Time & Shift Parameters:

• Dispatch Shifts: Day and night configurations.
• Work Rotations: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedules.
• Rest Cadence: 100% Home Daily.

Candidate Mandates:

• Experience Threshold: Minimum 6 months of verifiable recent OTR history within the last 12 months, OR 12 cumulative months over the past 5 years.
• Residence Boundary: Must reside within a 50-mile geographic radius of Avenel, NJ.
• Medical & Compliance Clearances: Passing marks on standard DOT physical examinations, plus mandatory pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screenings.
