Zero Trust / IAM Engineer (Cloud Sec Spec 3) Location: Washington, DC Work Authorization: US Citizen

Role Summary

The Zero Trust / IAM Engineer integrates identity telemetry (Okta, Entra ID) into Google SecOps, enabling SBA’s Zero Trust architecture, privileged-access monitoring, and insider-threat detection capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Integrate IAM and Zero Trust telemetry into Google SecOps.

· Configure UEBA dashboards and risk scoring models.

· Map identity events to detection rules and SOAR workflows.

· Support ingestion pipelines for identity providers.

· Align IAM telemetry with insider-threat and privileged-access monitoring.

· Assist with training, runbooks, and operational transition.

Professional Experience Required

· 10+ years of experience in IAM engineering, Zero Trust architecture, or identity security.

· Experience with Okta, Entra ID, and identity telemetry ingestion.

· Experience with UEBA configuration and risk modeling.

· Experience supporting SIEM/SOAR identity-based detections.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.

Certifications

· Okta Certified Professional, Azure Identity & Access, CISSP, or equivalent preferred.
