Our mission at Zest is to make the lives of those with chronic dermatology conditions dramatically better. Conditions like eczema and psoriasis can be life-altering for patients, and traditional care options are limited. At Zest, we're building a product and clinical care team that changes this.

Much more than “telehealth,” we build products and provide services that treat these diseases as they should be, more than skin deep. We offer responsive, rapid, and comprehensive care to patients through access to dermatology providers, wellness coaches, and disease education - all within one platform. This unique approach enables more timely care, markedly better clinical outcomes, and improvements in both patient and provider satisfaction.

We are building our rockstar clinical team and hiring dermatology experienced Nurse Practitioners to deliver delightful, holistic care to our Zest members. You will be responsible for evaluation and management of eczema and psoriasis care via synchronous and asynchronous virtual consultations. As an essential part of our care team, you will work alongside board-certified dermatologists and health coaches. You will serve as an expert guide to Zest members on the latest in effective eczema and psoriasis treatment.  As a partner in shared decision making you will develop appropriate treatment plans based on member goals.  Your deep compassion and empathy will be a beacon of hope for our members struggling to get control of their chronic disease. 

Successful applicants will be passionate about improving standard clinical care paradigms and holistic approaches to care delivery. They will have a demonstrable commitment to delivery of efficient, high-quality medical dermatologic care and comfortable practicing at the top of their license. 

We are looking for Advance Practitioners with a strong commitment to maintaining up to date knowledge on eczema and psoriasis care, pushing boundaries, and creating substantive change in healthcare delivery.

INITIALLY HIRING NPS WITH LICENSURE IN PENNSYLVANIA OR MARYLAND.

You will:

• Practice at the top of your licensure as a provider on the platform delivering high-quality, efficient, engaged, and compassionate care.  
• Complete thorough evaluations of new and existing member concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans balancing member priorities and holistic, high-value, long-term care. 
• Embrace our ‘Zest approach' to comprehensive, holistic eczema and psoriasis care integrating all members of the care team into treatment planning.  
• Collaborate with your PC President by actively generating your own insights on how Zest can improve patient care, platform, and provider experience. 
• Partner with the PC President and Zest Medical Director to optimize the safety and efficiency of our offerings to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all members.  
• Represent the Zest brand within the dermatology nurses' community, serving as an ambassador to drive excitement about the platform and provider experience
• Grow your skills, have fun, work with great people, and help make the world be healthier and better!

Requirements:

• Masters of Science in Nursing with board certification in one or more of the following specialties: Family, Adult-Gerontology, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, etc. 
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and prescriptive authority in good standing with a willingness to obtain additional state licensures as needed
• 3+ years of medical dermatology experience 
• Comfort with rendering teledermatology care
• Entrepreneurial mindset with meaningful enthusiasm for Zest's holistic care model
• Strong integrity and commitment to exercising independent medical judgment and quality of care
• Availability of 10 hours/week MINIMUM for direct patient care

Nice to have: 

• Health coaching certificate or other wellness certificates/certification (e.g. yoga, meditation, etc)
• Advanced training in nutrition and dietetics
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts

This is a fully remote position. This position is part-time with flexibility for weekly scheduling and the opportunity for the role to grow to full-time if desired.
