Zest is seeking a Social Media Specialist to own the production and publishing of engaging and compelling social content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately increase company's visibility among those with chronic dermatological conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Working with the Content Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of the latest digital marketing and social media trends. This role will assist with the production, editing, and publishing of social media content across existing and new social media channels (prioritizing TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
You will report to the Content Marketing Manager and own community management, social A/B testing, and regular KPI reporting and analysis across all channels prioritizing TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

You will:
Coordinate closely with Content Marketing Manager on social strategy and own social content production, social copy development, editing, and publishing of engaging social content across all channels (prioritizing Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
Determine which content and themes are the highest performing based on data and insights, making specific and detailed content recommendations across channels to assist with developing a high-value social calendar for the rest of the year.
Determine and evolve publishing and time cadence guidelines by channel based on performance and own the execution and maintenance of the social content calendar to ensure we are staying on (or ahead!) of schedule for Zest's social needs.
Recommend social persona(s) based on insights.
Take ownership of community management and build and enhance Zest's brand and social media presence by coming up with creative comments/questions responses and original ideas, and ensure cohesion across social channels.
Own, manage and establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly social tracking reports to assess performance evolution.
Perform regular A/B testing across channels to identify what content formats, messaging, themes, etc. are resonating with Zest's audience (and channel algorithms).
Own social media campaign effectiveness analysis and reporting.
Perform market analysis and research on competition to identify industry and channel-specific social trends and themes.
Assist with maintaining an organized social content library by channel and theme where stakeholders can easily access content for repurposing etc.
Contribute to other ad-hoc social content projects or ongoing initiatives that arise with any fast-growing startup.
