Small landscape architecture studio in Venice Beach looking for a landscape design consultant with 1-3 year's experience. Projects include multi-family, residential and commercial as well as educational, public, and institutional projects. Local applicants only, please. Projects focused throughout Los Angeles. Work in teams in a studio environment with minimal supervision: • Quality commercial and high-end custom estate experience preferred • Strong organizational & communication skills • Strong design and graphics skills • Strong Computer skills • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in generating construction documents preferred • Strong design sense and detailing; Construction Administration Review shop drawings and submittals and RFI’s • Coordination with consultants and city agencies. Ability to work with entire staff, including overseeing field work and construction details. • Must currently live in Los Angeles. • Ability to work with in tight schedules, identify problems, formulate solutions, result oriented.
