Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative II
Job Description
We are an online retailer located in Shelton, CT. We are looking for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service representative to join our team. NOTE: this is not a call center position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• assist customers in resolving any pre and post-sale questions and/or issues related to products and/or transactions in a courteous, professional, and timely manner • process returns and refunds • file insurance claims on damaged and lost packages • data entry and other general office support
QUALIFICATIONS:
· can speak/read/write English and Spanish fluently
· is ORGANIZED and DETAIL-ORIENTED with good time management skills
· is articulate and has good critical thinking skills
· is compassionate to customers' needs
· is eager to learn
· respects and takes pride in the quality of one's work
· can work independently and in team settings
· must types at least 40 words per minute
· has at least 2 years of customer service experience
· has at least a high school diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION:
$15 to $17/hour and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: We do not deal with customers face to face. To keep everyone safe in the office social distancing is strictly enforced. Mask (provided) is required. Daily temperature check at the start of shift and sanitary wipe down at the end of day is implemented.
