KEY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

ZIGIny, a junior fashion footwear wholesaler, has an opening for a key account representative with a do-what-it-takes approach and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

• Ensuring accuracy of customer’s orders though timely and accurate order entry and order proofing (of all types of orders) through the use of approved systems and processes.
• Understanding and operating effectively in the dynamics of an import/export company.
• Ensuring proactive communication and partnership between customers, relevant business partners, and customer service leadership regarding order issues and changes.
• Ensuring effective participation of the escalation process to provide response to relevant issues for all orders.
• Assuring a collaborative environment that fosters and values partnerships, diversity, and trust by:

· Demonstrating a passion for meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations

Requirements:

Educational Preference

• Bachelor's Degree

Job Experience

• Minimum 1 year import/export experience
• Significant customer service or retail experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Database and Microsoft Excel experience
