What We Provide • High-quality Zillow Flex and Homelight seller leads (exclusive territories) • In-house admin support for listings, escrow, and client updates • Marketing systems and ready-to-use listing playbooks • Access to Ylopo, Mojo Dialer, and Maverick CRM • 1000+ trainings from top-producing teams nationwide • Mentorship, accountability, and coaching from leadership • Collaborative team culture with recognition and growth opportunities Compensation • Commission-based • Agents in this program average 5–15+ additional listings per year through lead sources • Realistic annual income potential: $100,000–$250,000+ • No desk fees or marketing expenses Responsibilities: • Respond immediately to Zillow Flex and Homelight seller leads and convert to appointments • Conduct professional listing consultations and present comparative market analyses (CMAs) • Coordinate with our in-house Listing Coordinator to prepare homes for market • Guide sellers through every step — pricing strategy, offers, negotiations, and closing • Use Follow Up Boss CRM to manage lead follow-up and track conversions • Leverage our proven marketing systems, templates, and processes to maximize exposure • Maintain consistent client communication and a high level of professionalism • Participate in weekly team trainings, roleplays, and strategy meetings • Collaborate with our success team to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License (required) • Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience preferred • Strong listing presentation and communication skills • In-depth understanding of pricing, marketing, and seller conversion • Full-time availability — not a part-time position • Organized, motivated, and coachable with a positive attitude • Comfortable using CRM systems (Follow Up Boss experience a plus) • Willingness to attend team trainings regularly • Must live in or be able to commute to Inland Empire Compensation: $103,000 at plan earnings
