What We Provide • Zillow Flex & Homelight buyer/seller leads (exclusive territories) • All technology provided : Ylopo, Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, and Maverick CRM • In-house transaction coordination and listing management • Access to 1,000+ trainings from top teams nationwide • Mentorship, accountability, and coaching • Proven systems and playbooks for conversion and scalability • Collaborative team culture that celebrates hard work and growth Compensation • 100% commission-based • Zillow Flex agents on our team average 5–15+ additional transactions per year • Realistic annual income potential: $100,000+ • No desk fees or marketing expenses Responsibilities: • Respond to Zillow Flex and Homelight leads quickly and professionally • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals • Show properties, write offers, and negotiate contracts • Attend inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure a smooth transaction • Update clients consistently and maintain excellent communication • Use Follow Up Boss CRM to manage the pipeline and follow-up tasks • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and roleplays weekly • Work collaboratively with our in-house support staff (listing coordination, transaction management, and client success team) • Maintain accountability through tracking and performance goals Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License (required) • Full-time commitment to real estate (not part-time or dual-career) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong follow-up and organization • Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn • Must live in or be willing to commute to the Inland Empire or the Coachella Valley Compensation: $103,000 at plan earnings
