  • Responsibilities

    The main purpose of this position is to provide training and consultation/technical assistance to help mental health and rehabilitation organizations/associations/systems, to implement established and emerging interventions/techniques in topics of recovery, psychiatric rehabilitation, with a particular emphasis on work.

    Required Skills

    The Senior Training Associate should have a minimum of a master's degree in psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, social work or related field. Three to Five years of experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in training supervisors, administrators, and other stakeholders in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and recovery, as well as in providing technical assistance to support the implementation of a particular technique/intervention or a broader domain of interest. Knowledge of the employment domain/vocational rehabilitation; instructional design/online course development is desirable. Assisting in writing new project proposals and progress/final reports. Assisting in developing/writing grant or foundation proposals.
