  • Responsibilities

    HealthFitness has a new opportunity for a PART-TIME, TEMP (10-15 HRS/WK FOR 6 MONTHS) TESTING SITE COORDINATOR at our client site located in Research Triangle Park, NC.  In this position, you will support our client site with onsite employee Covid-19 Testing to be performed weekly by employees.  You will be responsible for support at the site for employees to complete testing on their own.  Hours: Wed 8:00a-12:00p, Fri 6:30a-12:00p, possibly more TBD.

      

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Receive testing and shipping supplies sent to the site, ensuring they are in a secure room/cabinet.
    • Maintain supplies from secured/locked area and set up and take down testing table with supplies for each day.
    • Maintains updates/printing of membership forms, cards, new member packets, ensuring an adequate supply is available at all times.
    • Monitor  the process for the individual to administer the test on themselves – the employee does their own test, seals it in a tube and then in a bag.     
    • Available to answer questions and manage supplies.
    • Packages, prepares and ships the package off to FEDEX for overnight delivery. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    REQUIREMENTS: 

     

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Current First Aid and CPR/AED certifications preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to efficiently and effectively organize and prioritize work demands and complete work assignments.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Currently pursuing a four-year degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science or related major with a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA desired
    • Working knowledge of MS Office including; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • Good oral and written communication skills, must be comfortable interacting with other individuals and working in small teams
    • Detail-oriented
    • Willingness and ability to learn new software
    • Fundamental understanding of software development process
