Seeking an upbeat candidate with a "can do" attitude to recruiting for various level positions including: Customer Care, IT, Finance, Engineering and more!  Will build relationships with hiring manager's to obtain information necessary to hire qualified candidates. 

Responsibilities include:

• Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Document information in HR management system

Qualifications include:

• Degree in HR, Business or other relatable field
• 2+ years recruiting for professional level positions
• Ability to build rapport with company managers AND employees
• Excellent organizations skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
